Pilot Terms
These terms cover this informational website and invitation-only use of the MAT Managers founding pilot. A participating school's signed pilot order or service agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
1. Authorized use
Only an approved school and its authorized staff may use the management application. The school is responsible for assigning appropriate roles, protecting staff access, promptly removing former staff, and using the service only for lawful school operations.
2. School responsibilities
Each school is responsible for the accuracy of its programs, prices, schedules, policies, communications, tax treatment, staff permissions, guardian relationships, and student records. A school that uploads an agreement or waiver must verify the complete source document and obtain its own qualified legal review before enabling live signing. MAT Managers provides the platform and does not replace the school's lawyer, accountant, insurer, or payment provider.
3. Payments and third-party services
Card, ACH, email, SMS, identity, and hosting functions may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Live payment processing is not enabled until the school and platform complete account, webhook, payout, refund, dispute, and reconciliation checks. Provider acceptance or delivery times may affect refunds, payouts, and messages.
4. Pilot changes and availability
The service may change during the pilot as defects are corrected and operating controls are improved. MAT Managers may pause a feature or account to protect records, resolve a billing or security issue, comply with law, or prevent harm. Planned changes should be communicated to participating schools when practicable.
5. Data and confidentiality
The school retains its rights in school records. The school grants MAT Managers the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, protect, and support those records. Each party must protect nonpublic information and use it only for the pilot and agreed services.
6. Acceptable use
Users may not bypass access controls, probe another school's records, upload malicious content, misuse communication tools, collect payment credentials in free-text fields, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
7. No warranty for pilot features
The founding pilot is provided on a limited evaluation basis, subject to the written commitments made to each participating school. Schools should retain appropriate source records and follow the agreed backup, incident, and recovery procedures while the pilot is being validated.
8. Contact and final commercial terms
Pricing, support hours, service levels, retention, termination, liability, and governing-law terms will be stated in the participating school's signed pilot agreement. Contact MAT Managers at Info@matmanagers.com.
